Grilled Veggie platter

My catering menus are seasonal and influenced by my culinary heritage. The final menu for your event is made with you telling me what your thoughts and preferences are, I will help you design a menu that feats dietetic restrictions and what you prefer to eat .

Grilled Mediterranean menu  **$80 for minimum of 10 guest 
Amuse Bouche

  • ​Hummus and Babaganoush with pita bread
  • Mini beat balls with and tsatsiki deep,
  • Fluke tartare 
Main
  • Mesclun, endive, tomato salad with Persian cucumbers and balsamic vinaigrette
  • Grilled Steak with cumin and cilantro rub.
  • Roasted local catch marinaded in rosè, lemon, olive oil, basil and garlic.
  • Roasted potatoes with rosemary, garlic and lemon
  • Grilled Veggies; , Grilled Zucchinis, Grilled fennel, tomatoes, onions, kale, peppers and mushrooms.
  • Tomato and burrata salad with basil
  • Bread
Dessert
  • Grilled Fruits  with whip cream and chocolate sauce.

Amuse Bouche

  • Hummus & Babaganoush with Zataar served with Pita bread
  • Veggie platter with deeps
Salads
  • Mesclun, endive, tomato salad with Persian cucumbers and balsamic vinaigrette and nuts.
  • Taboulet salad, made with couscous fresh mint, lemon, tomatoes, cucumbers and lemon.
Poultry
  • Deboned skinless Roasted Chicken thighs Yemenite style, with cumin, coriander, cilantro, garlic, paprika, and lime
Fish/Seafood

  • Fish a la Plancha, Stripe bass or Weak fish also known as sea trout, prepared with white wine or rose, lemon, olive oil, Dijon mustard, basil and garlic
Red Meat
  • Lamb chops marinated in; cumin, olive oil, coriander and garlic served with a freshly made tzatziki
Sides

  • Roasted potatoes with rosemary, lemon, olive oilPlatter of Grilled Veggies; Grilled onions, grilled fennel, grilled zucchinis, grilled peppers, grilled cherry tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, grilled endives all marinated in a balsamic vinaigrette
  • Grilled kale with lemon and olive oil
Dessert Choose one

  • Grilled fruits; peaches and pineapple cured in maple syrup, lime, ginger black pepper and olive oil served with crème chantille
  • Red Fruit salad with ice cream or sorbet
